Safe, discreet and easy to use
Contino® is temporarily self inserted into your urethra to control urine leaks. When you are ready to urinate, remove Contino®. After urinating rinse Contino® thoroughly with lukewarm running water and reinsert or store for future use. Below is an image with and without Contino®:
