Limited Warranty
Effective Date: October 1, 2018
1. Limited Warranty
Life360 Innovations Inc. (Life360) warrants to the original purchaser of a Contino® branded product manufactured by or for Life360 (each Product) that the Product is free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 120 days from the date of the sale of the Product (the Limited Warranty).
2. Exercise of Warranty
To exercise this Limited Warranty, you must return the defective Product to Life360 by mail at the address below:

Life360 may, at Life360’s discretion, repair or replace the Product, or provide a refund of the Product purchase price. The foregoing remedies in this Limited Warranty are the exclusive remedies provided to You under this Limited Warranty.
3. Exclusions from Warranty
No warranty is provided for damage arising due to (a) failure to use the Product according to the Instructions for Use set out in the materials relating to the Product provided or otherwise made available to You by or for Life360, (b) natural wear and tear, (c) modifications to the Product, (d) storage of the Product in an improper environment, or (e) events beyond Life360’s reasonable control. No warranty is provided if the Product was not purchased from Life360 or through the Contino® Authorised Clinics. As Life360 cannot control the method of use, storage condition, and handling of the product after it leaves our possession, we do not warrant either a good effect or against an ill effect from the use of the Product. You accept the Product subject to this Limited Warranty and all Terms of Service related thereto.
4. DISCLAIMER
EXCEPT AS SET OUT IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY AND AS PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAWS, LIFE360 SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, ENDORSEMENTS, AND CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT AND ANY IMPLIED REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF FITNESS FOR A PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, MERCHANTABLE QUALITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, DURABILITY, OR ARISING FROM A COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WHERE IMPLIED WARRANTIES CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SUCH IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THE FOREGOING DISCLAIMER IS NOT APPLICABLE TO RESIDENTS OF QUEBEC.
5. Authorization to Provide Warranty
No distributor, dealer or other party is Authorised to make any warranty on behalf of Life360, or to assume for Life360 any other liability with respect to any products or services.
6. Consumer Rights Not Affected
You may have additional consumer rights under your local laws which this Limited Warranty cannot change.
7. NO LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL LIFE360, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, LICENSORS, SUPPLIERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, RESELLERS, AND DISTRIBUTORS (COLLECTIVELY, LIFE360 IN THIS PARAGRAPH) BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL OR OTHER SIMILAR DAMAGES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST BUSINESS REVENUE OR OTHER COMMERCIAL OR ECONOMIC LOSS OF ANY KIND OR CLAIM AGAINST LIFE360 OR ANY AUTHORISED LIFE360 DISTRIBUTOR BY ANY OTHER PARTY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PRODUCT OR ANY BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF LIFE360 HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
This warranty relates to Products manufactured by or on behalf of Life360. Warranties for other products supplied by Life360 (i.e. lubricant, carrying case) or services provided by Contino® Authorised Clinics are covered by the applicable product manufacturer or service provider.
