Life360 Innovations appoints Barbara Towns Vice President Finance & Administration

Vancouver, BC/April 13, 2021 — Life360 Innovations (the Company) is pleased to announce the appointment of Barbara Towns to the position of Vice President Finance & Administration.   

Barbara Towns is a seasoned finance professional and is a Chartered Professional Accountant with 25+ years experience in a variety of industries with both large and small organizations. Ms. Towns articled and practiced within the audit and corporate finance groups of PricewaterhouseCoopers and established a financial consulting & business services venture serving early-stage technology companies.

Effective April 12, 2021 Paul Moore has resigned his position as Vice President Finance & Operations and assumed an advisory role with the Company.  Ms. Towns’ expanded responsibilities will include managing the annual external audit, leveraging systems and supporting various fund-raising activities.  In addition, newly appointed Iris Kalbfleisch, Director Professional Sales, will now lead and grow our Contino® Authorised Clinic network.
